I think this information is insane. I have never thought about casting and how it would be stereotyped. Its like "DUH", of course, probably more than anything. TV is known for being stereotypical in shows, so why wouldn't in there casting calls, display very vividly how they want there characters portrayed.
The first television pilot it was cool to see how they casted for it. For the character of Heather, I think its crazy how they say for the lead character they want someone attractive. I wonder if when people look at casting calls if they judge themselves by what is really attractive to people. For the second character Jennifer, it's funny how they label someone as "hot and hipper-than-thou." Last the main characters friend has to be a plain side kick who is chubby. I just think the characters are funny how they are labeled.
For the rest of the casting calls its pretty repetitive. But, definitely worth looking at for a laugh. Thats Hollywood.
